hk rugby
that's all what's left from my career of a rugby player.. I took part in 2 training sessions but my knees refused to cooperate..
rugby has been played in Hong Kong as long as horses have been racing in Happy Valley.. early newspapers have accounts of
rugby games played during the late 1870's and 80's

industry standard
most local restaurants in HK advertise their delicacies by putting them on display...
as disgusting as it seems to be, people sometimes queue to relish the taste of a goose
that spent the whole day in a glass-case

Yunnan, lungs of China
The first basic question that you ask yourself in Kunming (capital of Yunnan province) is: 'how the hell can those
people breathe here?' Air pollution is absolutely crazy... Fortunately, Jinghong which was our next stop turned
out to be much cleaner.
According to the China's own evaluation, two-thirds of the 338 cities for which air-quality data are available are
considered polluted - two-thirds of them moderately or severely so. Acid rain falls on 30% of the country.

moments of glory
The fight of the night was broadcasted live on the Thai national tv... The day after a friend of mine from BKK, who took
these pics (great thanks to Dia!), asked me unexpectedly if I had ever been on tv... I thought I hadn't.

Muai Thai /Lumpinee stadium/
A must-see venue in BKK... It was worth investing in 'ringside' tickets and also keep my eyes open all the time... When the
security fell asleep, I managed to enter the 'press zone' (the closest area to the ring)
